A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom stained glass order with Sunspun Glass. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before shipment or local pickup.

• Design details (size, colours, style) will be discussed and confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Minor adjustments can be made during the design stage.
• Production will begin once the design and deposit are confirmed.

Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece and current workload.

You will be notified of any delays due to supply issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the custom nature of your order, all sales are final, and refunds or returns are not accepted.

Design concepts and images created for your custom piece remain the property of Sunspun Glass and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Hang from a well anchored screw, hook or nail...no suction cups! Adhesive hooks rated for at least 5kg work too. If I drop, I break.

Indoor display recommended for longevity. 

Grab a microfiber or soft cotton cloth and give me a wipe. Do not use any chemicals or cleaners.   If needed, water and a mild dish soap works well. Make sure to gently dry off immediately after washing.  Use ammonia-free glass cleaner and re-polish the solder with a non-abrasive carnauba wax (car polish) or "Pledge" Furniture Polish.
